Former Red Bull and Aston Martin man, Dan Fallows joins Racing Bulls as technical director.

Racing Bulls have confirmed the appointment of Dan Fallows as Technical Director, strengthening the team's technical leadership as it continues to build for the future.

Reporting into Chief Technical Officer, Tim Goss, Fallows will take responsibility for the overall technical direction of the team, working across design, aerodynamics and performance.

With extensive experience in Formula One and a strong background in car development, his arrival in April represents another important step in the team's technical evolution.

"There is a clear vision and strong technical ambition, and I'm looking forward to working closely with Tim and the wider engineering group to help drive performance and continue building the team for the future."

Beginning his F1 career with Jaguar in 2002, Fallows joined Dallara when Ford announced its intention to sell the Milton Keynes-based outfit. However, he subsequently returned in 2006 to join Red Bull.

As a team leader in the aerodynamics department, Fallows oversaw Sebastian Vettel's successive titles, and in 2014 was promoted to the role of Chief Engineer for Aerodynamics as the Austrian team faced the challenge of the hybrid era and the subsequent ground effect era.

In mid-2021 it was announced that Fallows was joining Aston Martin in 2022 as Technical Director following a period of gardening leave. Leading the design of the AMR24 and AMR25, Fallows was subsequently dropped as the Silverstone-based outfit secured the services of his former boss at Red Bull, Adrian Newey.

Appointed Chief Engineer for Aston Martin Performance Technologies from November 2024, in April 2025 it was announced that he was leaving the company.
